We’re still on Magento 1. Is that a problem?
Yes. Magento 1 has had no official security patches since 30 June 2020, and stores still running it are a known target for card-skimming attacks. Moving off it should be a priority.
Should we upgrade Magento 2 or move platforms?
If your catalogue, pricing or integrations need Magento, staying on a supported Magento 2 release makes sense. If not, a custom WooCommerce store can be simpler and cheaper to run. We’ll give you an honest recommendation.
Do you work on Shopify or BigCommerce?
No. We specialise in self-hosted commerce, including Magento, Adobe Commerce, WooCommerce and Drupal Commerce, where you own the code and the data.
Can you connect our store to Xero, MYOB or NetSuite?
Yes. We build and maintain integrations between your store and accounting, inventory and warehouse systems, so orders and stock stay in sync without manual work.
